<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding apparatus which can suppress the accumulation of heat to a press member. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser welding apparatus 1 which bas an output part 5 outputting laser beams 10, a support part 6 supporting a member 4 to be processed comprising a permeation material 2 permeating the laser beams 10 and an absorption material 3 absorbing the laser beams 10, and the press member 7 pressing the permeation material 2 in the part 4 to be processed toward the support part 6 to make the permeation material 2 and the absorption material 3 adhere to each other and welds the permeation material 2 and the absorption material 3 together by radiating the laser beams 10 from the output part 5 toward the absorption material 3 through the press member 7, a channel 7a through which a cooling liquid flows is formed in the press member 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
