<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip for restraining nonspecific adsorption of a biomolecule, in particular, a biochip capable of obtaining a highly reliable data by blocking an unreacted functional group when used in surface plasmon imaging measurement. <P>SOLUTION: In this biochip preparation method, the functional group A on the chip is made to react with a functional group B of an objective molecule, the objective molecule is thereby immobilized on the chip, and the functional group A left on a chip surface is brought into reaction with a hydrophilic polymer having a functional group C to block the functional group A covalently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
