PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peritoneal dialyzer by which small size bubbles are prevented from being sent to the abdominal cavity, a peritoneal dialyzing set, and a control method thereof. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a peritoneal dialyzer in which a disposable type cassette 2 is loaded and which is connected for use to dialyzing fluid bags storing the dialyzing fluid and a drainage bag, a peritoneal dialyzing set, and a control method thereof. The dialyzer is further equipped with a bubble eliminator 50 comprising a container set in an erected condition for temporarily store the dialysate including small size bubbles generated by heating by heaters 91, 92, 93 to heat a predetermined volume of the dialyzing fluid up to predetermined temperature by the heating part after loading the cassette 2, a check valve 51 which sends the bubbles grown up in a space part upper than the fluid level in the container outside of container in an aseptic condition, and a level sensors 52, 52 to sense a level of the fluid.
