PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus capable of removing easily contaminated dioxin with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A plurality of stacked holding sheets 350 having permeability is provided in a treatment tank 310 capable of winding backward outside the treatment tank 310 in a flowing direction of inflow wastewater. A plurality of stacked activated carbon layers 360 are configured in a passing direction of wastewater by filling the holding sheets 350 with activated carbon. A particulate matter adhering most of dioxins in wastewater is filtrated by an activated carbon layer 360 and also residual dissolved dioxins are adsorbed. When clogging occurs, the holding sheet 350 is wound backward to discharge and incinerate the activated carbon. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
