An operational amplifier having a stable output is provided to uniformly maintain a gain value by installing a minute pull-down driving unit in an output terminal. An operation amplifier includes a differential amplifying unit(310), a push-pull amplifying unit(320), and a minute pull-down driving unit(330). The differential amplifying unit compares the voltages of first and second terminals(IN,OUT), and outputs information according to the comparison result. The push-pull amplifying unit adjusts the voltage of the second terminal according to the information inputted from the differential amplifying unit. The minute pull-down driving unit leaks minute current from the second terminal by being connected to the second terminal.
