<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire correspondence between postscript information to be provided for automatic data processing and attribute information associated with data processing content in an automatic data processing system. <P>SOLUTION: A postscript information processing method character-recognizes a character string existent in the vicinity of a notable marking symbol 87 and a comment 88 of additional information already entered teaching materials 81 (S18), specifies ranking of attribute information corresponding to notable additional information, based on the recognized character string obtained from this character recognition (S20-S24). Data processing is performed while associating the ranking of the notable additional information with the ranking of the specified attribute information. When associating the notable additional information with the related attribute information, both the information are associated with each other on the basis of the result of the character recognition of the character information in the vicinity of the notable additional information without having to specify each absolute entry position on the document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
