PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous solution agent that contains a pyrazolone derivative, its physiologically acceptable salt, their hydrate or solvate as an active ingredient, controls formation of impurities when preserved for a long period of time and is stable. SOLUTION: The aqueous solution agent contains a pyrazolone derivative, its physiologically acceptable salt, their hydrate or solvate, an alcohol and a compound to generate bisulfite ions in an aqueous solution.
