PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency signal transmitting device for an elevator and its system capable of certainly transmitting an emergency shut-up signal to a periphery of a building when a passenger is shut up in the elevator in occurrence of an earthquake of a large scale (huge earthquake). SOLUTION: The emergency rescue signal transmitting device 14 is provided, which is acted and transmits an emergency rescue signal when the passenger is shut up in a car of the elevator in such a situation that a telephone communication network is disconnected by occurrence of the earthquake of a large scale.
