A unit for primary processing of raw vegetable material by a cool method contains a body with a receiving tank, a shredder and a perforated drum, arranged in the body, with a shaft with beaters arranged inside concentrically to the drum. In the receiving tank a horizontal wing feeder with an individual drive is arranged. The shredder contains a vortex tank and is disposed vertically. The body with the perforated drum is arranged horizontally. The receiving tank, the shredder and body with the perforated drum are connected between each other by hermetically tight spouts. |
