METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SCREEN IN BROADCASTING RECEIVER

A method for controlling a screen in a broadcast receiver is provided to perform selection and execution of functions through input of one key, thereby improving convenience and accessibility of a user. A main screen and at least one sub-screen are displayed when multi-screen is selected. At least one menu button is displayed on a part of the multi-screen while the multi-screen is displayed. At least one of adjusting a rate of the multi-screen, selecting an input of the sub-screen, and converting a mode between the main screen and the sub-screen is performed by selecting the menu button. A size of an activated screen is regulated while the multi-screen is displayed, by using one of direction keys of an input unit.
