<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an aerosol type product from being changed over to a degassing mode carelessly by using a degassing tool fixed to the bottom side of an aerosol container carelessly, mischievously or the like and to utilize contents of the container efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The degassing tool is composed of an outside member 4a which can be attached and be detached to the bottom 1b of the aerosol container 1 and an inside member 4c which is separably unified with the outside member. When degassing, at first the degassing tool is taken out from the bottom 1b of the aerosol container 1 and after that the inside member 4c separated from the outside member 4a by tearing or the like is engaged in a mounting cap 2. By this a stem 3 is kept in a pushing down state with a sheath-like part 4m of the inside member 4c to be in a continuation operation mode.
