PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital filter for a pulse measurement, enabling to realize a fast and precise well-balanced measurement with compensating a plurality of time constants in the detection system, and preventing signal baseline fluctuations. SOLUTION: In the filter, while making a detection signal retard by a register 11 of the first difference processing circuit 10, then multiplied by a coefficient kL using a multiplier 12; further, the difference between the detection signal and the output from the multiplier 12 is calculated by using a subtracter 13. Likewise, in a second, and a third difference processing circuit 20, 30, using a subtracter 23, 33 respectively, the difference between the outputs from the preceding subtracter 13, 23 and the outputs from the multiplier 22, 32 in the self-circuit are calculated, with the three times of difference processings, the time constant of a detection signal (input signal) is compensated and signal base line is set as "0".
