DETECTING METHOD FOR NANO BIO-CHIP

A detecting method for a nano bio-chip is provided to reduce a noise caused by diffusion from a substrate and to enhance resolution than a conventional technique. A detecting method for a nano bio-chip includes the steps of: preparing the nano bio-chip on which a nano array pattern is formed using a labeled bio material; irradiating an excited light on the nano bio-chip; and detecting an optical signal emitted from the nano bio-chip using a scanning near-field optical microscopy. The nano bio-chip has a substrate, an even layer formed on the substrate, and a nano array structure labeled by a fluorescence material or a nano structure.
