A skin lotion is provided to secure excellent preservation property with perfume by Thymus quinquecostatus var. japonica and Perilla frutescens var. acuta acting as a natural preservative and a natural perfume and have the anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory activities with less irritation to skin by comprising Equisetum arvense, Humulus japonicus, Perilla frutescens var. acuta and Thymus quinquecostatus var. japonica, thereby capable of improving skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and acne. A skin lotion comprises 40-50 vol.% of an extract of Humulus japonicus, 40-50 vol.% of an extract of Perilla frutescens var. acuta, 10-15 vol.% of an extract of Thymus quinquecostatus var. japonica, and 40-50 vol.% of glycerin regarding 100 volume of an extract of Equisetum arvense, wherein the extract of Equisetum arvense is prepared by extracting 12 grams of dried Equisetum arvense with 100 ml of hot water for 5 minutes and then filtering it with a sieve, the extract of Humulus japonicus is prepared by extracting 10-15 grams of dried Humulus japonicus with 100 ml of ethanol for 10 minutes and then filtering it with a sieve, the extract of Perilla frutescens var. acuta is prepared by extracting 10-15 grams of dried Perilla frutescens var. acuta with 100 ml of ethanol for 10 minutes and then filtering it with a sieve, and the extract of Thymus quinquecostatus var. japonica is prepared by extracting Thymus quinquecostatus var. japonica with 100 ml of ethanol for 10 minutes and then filtering it with a sieve.
