PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain three high frequencies synchronized for 6-pole interference in a simple circuit. SOLUTION: A high frequency with a frequencyαgenerated in a circuit 11 is applied to a first set of connecting terminals (electrodes) 1A and 1B. A high frequency with a frequencyα+βis generated by a circuit 15B based on a low frequency with a frequencyβgenerated in a circuit 16, and applied to a second set of connecting terminals 2A, 2B.
