METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEAT WITH WOVEN WIRE MESH

A method for manufacturing a seat having a metal net attached thereto is provided to attach a metal net uniformly along the shape of the surface of a cushion material and to manufacture a seat cover, a metal net and a cushion material integrally. A method for manufacturing a seat having a metal net attached thereto includes the steps of: preparing a lower mold(10), giving magnetic force to the lower mold; placing a woven metal net inside the lower mold; injecting the material liquid of a cushion material to the placed metal net; putting an upper mold on the lower mold into which the material liquid for a cushion material is injected and hardening the material liquid for a seat cushion; and opening the upper mold and extracting the hardened cushion material after the material liquid is hardened.
