Liquid, watery, micellar emulsion (I) comprises phospholipids; a micellar stabilizer comprising carnitine, a physiologically compatible carnitine derivative and/or polyolene; and a scavenger such as ascorbic acid, alkali- and/or alkaline earth salts of ascorbic acid, an ester of organic acids with ascorbic acid, and/or physiologically compatible derivatives of ascorbic acid. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of a solid composition comprising spray drying of (I); (2) powder obtained by the process; and (3) cosmetic-, pharmaceutical-, or dietetic formulation, drinks, boiled sweets and chewing gum comprising (I) or the powder. |
