摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting equipment which can improve light extraction efficiency from the light emitting side of a light distribution lens. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting equipment comprises a frame 40 surrounding LED chip 10 and formed of a light transparent material, a convex lens 60 which is arranged overlaid on a sealing part 50, a dome-like color conversion member 70 made by a phosphor and a transparent material, and a light distribution lens 90 to control the distribution of light emitted from the color conversion member 70. The light distribution lens 90 has a function to allow a light entering from the inner side surface 91b of a recess 91 that houses the color conversion member 70 to totally reflect on the outer side surface 90b, and to guide it to the light emitting surface 90a of the light distribution lens 90. Among the light entering from the inner side surface 91b of the recess 91, a portion of light does not satisfy the total reflection conditions at the outer side surface 90b is reflected toward the light emitting surface 90a side by a reflection member of a structure 100 for reflection that is arranged to surround the light distribution lens 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
