A METHOD OF MANAGING THE SHIP PRODUCTION RESULTS

A method of creating a production results management system of a ship is provided to perform works between departments within an integrated information system by importing an integrated production management system concerned with enterprise information. A step of registering actual work results, a difference of the actual work results is adjusted, and applied to the work results based on work instructions of each date. A step of closing monthly production actual results, the production actual results and delivery situations is confirmed for monthly accounts closing.
