A conductive polarizing plate and an organic light emitting diode display using the same are provided to improve an ESD(EelectroStatic Discharge) characteristic of the organic light emitting diode display by using a polarizing plate including a conductive film. A conductive polarizing plate(100) includes a releasing protection film(10), an adhesive agent(20), a supporting layer(30), a polarizing layer(40), a conductive film(50), and a protection film(60). The adhesive agent is formed on the releasing protection film. The supporting layer is formed on the adhesive gent. The polarizing plate is formed on the supporting layer. The conductive film is formed on the polarizing plate. The protecting film is formed on the conductive film. The releasing protection film is adhered to the polarizing plate through the adhesive agent. The releasing protection film and the protecting film are optically transparent. |
