A Bluetooth system module is provided to simply operate by performing communication with AT COMMANDS methods, and to execute communication between Bluetooth devices by using resources of a flash memory disposed by being independently stacked to improve communication speed. All elements necessary for a host to be simply usable for operating Bluetooth or performing communication are systemized within one chip. AT COMMANDS are embedded in a flash memory within the one chip in order to be executable within a Bluetooth device as embedded parsing layers, so as to be usable as communication protocols between the host and the Bluetooth device. A Bluetooth chip, a crystal oscillator, the flash memory, and an RF(Radio Frequency) interfacing circuit are embedded to form a system module with the one chip having 54 pins.
