A heat transfer tube for supplying hot water capable of exchanging heat between the inside and the outside, wherein a plurality of projections having heights (H1) of 0.8 to 2.0 mm or 0.1 to 0.25 times their inner diameters (D) are formed on at least a part of the inner surface of the tube at a portion where the Reynolds number (Re) of a fluid flowing in the tube is less than 7000. As a result, a heat transfer performance in a low Reynolds number area can be increased by a simple structure, and a pressure loss in the tube can be reduced.
