A nose pad for spectacles and a spectacles frame including the same are provided to adhere to the ridge of the nose without being released from the ridge of the nose as preventing generation of inflammation on skin tissue of the ridge of the nose. A concave part(1040) has a concave center. A contact part(1060) is formed at the edge of the concave part, and contacts with the ridge of the nose. The front of the contact part is bent to be away from the ridge of the nose. The contact part adheres to the ridge of the nose closely. An air hole is formed on the concave part to enable air ventilation with the outside when the concave part is placed on the ridge of the nose.
