An apparatus for insulating door lock of a refrigerator is provided to seal a door lock cover to secure an operating space of a door lock unit and fill an insulator between the outside of the door lock cover and the inside of the refrigerator to improve an effect of insulation and work efficiency. A door lock unit(110) is combined with a refrigerating compartment door panel(120) to lock a refrigerating compartment door(140) and a freezing compartment door(190) with a locking member(180). A door lock cover(130) is sealed at the back of the panel of the refrigerating compartment door and a lower part of the refrigerating compartment door to cover the door lock unit. An insulator(170) is filled between the back of the door lock cover and the inside of a refrigerator.
