A combination structure of a bottle and a bottle cap is provided to facilitate joining and releasing of the bottle and the bottle cap by using an elastic body functioning as a spring. A combination structure of a bottle(50) and a bottle cap(10) is composed of: the bottle having plural slide slits(20) vertically formed downward in the predetermined depth and provided with a hanging groove(22) and an inclined part(21) formed along the outer periphery of a bottle inlet; the bottle cap having a slide(11) having hanging sills(12) formed on the inner periphery as many as the slide grooves and disposed at the same position of the slide groove; a ring-shaped elastic body(30) with a spring function installed at the inner ceiling of the bottle cap; and a sanitary plug(40) for shutting up the upside of the bottle inlet.
