A knee protection structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent interference between a main crash pad and a start key inserted into a key cylinder in the case of vehicle collision. A knee protection structure of a vehicle includes a steering column shroud(100) and a main crash pad(200). The steering column shroud has an insertion portion(110) in which a key cylinder(300) is arranged. An extension(120) is arranged in the insertion portion. The main crash pad is arranged to support the steering column shroud. The key cylinder is arranged in the steering column shroud and spaced apart from the insertion portion. The extension is extended toward the inside of the steering column shroud and interconnects the insertion portion and the key cylinder.
