A toll free based mobile shopping service system and a method thereof are provided to increase usage and access rate of a mobile shopping mall by making a mobile shopping server pay data packet charge in accordance with usage of an internet service. A toll free based mobile shopping service system comprises a communication terminal(100), a mobile shopping server(300) and a billing server(200). The communication terminal(100) generates a server access signal and outputs the server access signal via a mobile communication network. The mobile shopping server(300) receives the server access signal over the mobile communication network, and transmits an internet service provided according to a response to the server access signal. The billing server(200) monitors the communication terminal which receives the internet service and levies data packet charge, calculated according to the monitoring result, on the mobile shopping server(300). |
