A muffler hanger having insert molded clamps is provided to improve productivity in assembly and repairing by tightening a hanger rod holding a muffler and a hanger rod holding to a vehicle body when those hanger rods are inserted to or removed from each corresponding hanger hole. A muffler hanger(10a) insert molded with clamps(24) has an oval shape hanger body(22), and a clamp insert-molded at each hole(12) of the hanger body to tighten a hanger rod at muffler side and a hanger rod at vehicle body. Each clamp is wounded in a cylindrical shape so as to open hole of the clamp by pressing both ends(26) of the clamp.
