A supercooling device is provided to maintain super-cooled state of the food by preventing phase transformation of water. A supercooling device comprises a cooling chamber, a non-freezing chamber(200), an electrode(230), an outer case(220), and an inner case(210). The cold air is inflowed to the cooling chamber. The non-freezing chamber is placed at the cooling chamber and stores foods in non-frozen super-cooled state. The electrode applies an electric field to the non-freezing chamber. The non-freezing chamber is inserted to the outer case. The inner case is received in the outer case. The foods are placed in the inner case. The electrode is placed at an inner surface of the outer case.
