Described is a dual vision side mirror with illumination used in automobiles and motor vehicles in general, which is located at both sides of the vehicle and comprises a carcass having a lower and an upper section. A mirror is housed at the upper section thereof, which includes two portions: a lower and an upper portion; an auxiliary lamp is housed at the lower section of the carcass, which is turned on for illuminating the side portion of a vehicle during backward driving. The carcass is attached to the vehicle's side portion by a support anchored to the sheet thereof.
