GATE DRIVER

摘要

A gate driver is provided to improve image quality by preventing the accumulation of stress voltage in a gate of pull-down transistors. A gate driver includes plural multi channel stages for outputting sequentially at least two or more shift signals. Each of the multi channel stages includes a latch unit(21), pull-up switches(T1-T3), and pull-down transistors(T4-T9). The latch unit controls first and second nodes in response to scan signals from the least significant channel of a high multi channel stage and the most significant channel of a low multi channel stage. The pull-up switches output shifted scan signals through at least two or more channels in response to the signals of the first node and at least two of three or more clock signals. The pull-down transistors supply a first supply voltage to the channels in response to the signals of the second node.
