A method for forming a partition of an organic electro luminescence display device is provided to simplify manufacturing processes and costs by forming the partition by using two masks. A plurality of pixels are comprised in a substrate(220). An auxiliary electrode(233) is formed between the pixels on the substrate. An electrode(221) is formed on the entire surface of the substrate including the auxiliary electrode. A partition(231) composed by an inorganic material is formed between the pixels of the substrate.
