METHODOLOGY AND SYSTEM FOR QUALITY TEST OF MULTIMEDIA DATA SERVICE

A multimedia QoS(Quality of Service) measurement method and a system thereof are provided to measure multimedia QoS by using a high-speed Internet service network of an ISP(Internet Service Provider), and to measure multimedia QoS between a high-speed Internet service subscriber and a high-speed Internet service provider, thereby a higher-quality service can be offered. A multimedia service server registers a multimedia service(21). The server collects received multimedia video data to bring the data to a measurement device, and collects multimedia QoS data received from a high-speed Internet service subscriber side to bring the collected data to the measurement device(22). In case of an FR(Full Reference) test, the brought two data are compared and converted into evaluation and decision values to calculate the values(231). In case of an NR(No Reference) test, video quality measurement values are objectively calculated(232). Quality measurement items are displayed with the calculated measurement values(24). The measurement results are displayed on a screen, and are stored in a storage space(25).
