A portable ashtray having a cigarette fire extinguishing function is provided to extinguish a cigarette fire easily and to keep cigarette ashes and cigarette butts therein. A portable ashtray includes: an upper receiving part(20), an upper cap(10) for opening/closing the upper receiving part, a lower receiving part(30), a side cap(40), and a lighter(50) combined with the bottom of the lower receiving part. The upper receiving part has a support plate(22) with a plurality of support holes(24), into which cigarette butts are inserted, formed at the top, and a fire extinguishing powder layer(27) laminated to a preset height. The lower receiving part has an injection hole formed at a lateral face thereof to receive cigarette ashes. |
