An analog buffer is provided to lower a driving voltage of a transistor controlling a current to be provided to an output terminal by separating the driving voltage of the buffer from a driving voltage of an inverter circuit. An analog buffer includes a first switch(SW1), a second switch(SW2), a third switch(SW3), a recording type comparator and a fourth switch(SW4). The first switch switches an input terminal and a comparison node. The second switch switches the comparison node and an output terminal. The third switch controls a current to be provided to the output node. The recoding type comparator charges a voltage of the input terminal from the comparison node, monitors a voltage of the output terminal from the comparison node, and controls the third switch. The fourth switch switches the current to be provided to the third switch. |
