A poulticing composition is provided to increase the poulticing effect during thermotherapy by comprising various herb medicines and other minerals useful to human body without side effects such as dizziness. A poulticing composition comprises 5-10 wt.% of loess ball, 5-10 wt.% of bio-ceramic ball, 10-15 wt.% of Geumgang yakdol(mineral rock), 5-10 wt.% of illite ball, 10-15 wt.% of charcoal powder, 2-5 wt.% of pine needles powder, 2-5 wt.% of Kangwha Sajabal mugwort, 1-2% of white kiyoseki stone, 1-2% of red kiyoseki stone powder, 3-5 wt.% of ash, 3-5 wt.% of Chuncheon jade, 45-50 wt.% of baked sun-dried salt, 1-2% of Scrophularia buergeriana powder, 1-2% of Loranthi Ramulus powder, 1-2% of Angelicae Gigantis Radix powder, 1-2% of Bambusae caulis in Taenia powder, 1-2% of Sophora flavescens powder, 1-2% of Scutellaria baicalensis powder, and 1-2% of Taraxacum platycarpum powder.
