An apparatus for testing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to replace easily a polarizing plate model by mounting a lower polarizing plate after being divided into four pieces and shorten the model replacement time of an IPS(In-Plane Switching) polarizing plate and a TN(Twisted Nematic) polarizing plate. An apparatus for testing an LCD panel comprises backlight lamps(120), an acrylic diffusion plate(130), and a lower polarizing plate(150). The backlight lamps are arranged on a base substrate(110) to supply light. The acrylic diffusion plate is formed in the upper part of the lamp to diffuse the light. The lower polarizing plate polarizes the diffused light, and is divided into n pieces. The n pieces are attached to the upper part of the diffusion plate. |
