A stocker system is provided to sense obstacles or men entering through an obstacle sensing element, thereby preventing safety accident due to collision between the obstacles or the men and a rack master. A stocker system comprises a stocker for keeping a cassette, a rack master, at least one obstacle sensing element(S200), and a stocker controller. The rack master transfers the cassette while reciprocating within the stocker. The obstacle sensing element is disposed at a predetermined position of the stocker. The stocker controller controls the rack master and the obstacle sensing element. |
