An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to enable top emission by forming an inverted structure with a cathode electrode at the lower part and a transparent anode electrode at the upper part. An organic electro-luminescence device includes a substrate(100), a switching device, a driving device, a cathode electrode, a light emitting layer, and an anode electrode(214). A plurality of pixel regions are defined on the substrate. The switching device is formed at each pixel region of the substrate, and the driving device is connected to the switching device. The cathode electrode is connected to the driving device. The light emitting layer is formed at the upper part of the cathode electrode. The anode electrode is formed at the upper part of the light emitting layer.
