A method for tree-planting the sloped plane, and a device for tree planting used in the method are provided to improve the strength of ground of bed soil and to derive the initial fixation and complete growth of transplanted trees. A method for tree-planting the sloped plane comprises the steps of settling the sloped plane; installing a base net on the sloped plane; arranging a tree-planting device(10) having inner space(14) in transverse direction and having holes(16) at the surrounding and a tree-planting hole(18) at the upper part, and fixing the tree-planting device to the sloped plane with an anchor bolt; spraying a base material for tree-planting; and spraying a mixture of the base material for tree-planting and a seed to form a bed soil and planting a tree on the tree-planting device.
