DEVELOPMENT INTEGRATED SYSTEM BY DUAL REMOTE ORGANIZING AND METHOD FOR HOME NETWORK SERVICE THEREBY

A housing complex integration system configured by dual remote organization and a home network service method using the system are provided to configure a housing complex server remotely through component realization such as a function unit and an interworking unit, thereby remarkably saving housing complex server construction cost and time. A housing complex server(130) manages and controls plural common devices(140). A home terminal(150) manages and controls plural home devices(160), and demands control of the common devices(140) by interworking with the housing complex server(130). A housing complex management server(110) stores various components for configuring the housing complex server(130), and sends components in accordance with common device types of a common housing complex to the housing complex server(130) to configure the server(130) remotely. A home network service provider(120) provides components for interworking with the server(130) to the home terminal(150) to configure the server(130) remotely.
