A circular slot magnetized liner includes a protective plate (1), a perma nent magnet (2), binding agent (3) and a protective layer (4). Wherein the p rotective plate (1) is provided with at least one hollow slot (11) in equal interval in the axial direction of cylindrical body. The permanent magnet (2 ) is inserted into the hollow slot (11), one circle N pole of the permanent magnet (2) and one circle S pole of the permanent magnet (2) are set alterna tely in the axial direction of cylindrical body. The protective layer (4) is a circle in the axial direction of cylindrical body and is formed on the su rface of the protective plate (1). The grinding medium (5) comes in to conta ct with the protective layer (4) directly. A material layer (41) is formed i n the slot of protective layer (4) of hill and dale structure. The grinding operation can be carried out in the grooves of circular slot protective form ed by cracked steel balls. Steel balls contact the material with a range of 120 degree, the grinding efficiency is an invariant quantity, consequently i ncrease the production of grinding mill.
