A power supply structure of a manual guided vehicle is provided to perform smooth contact with a guide pin even when a power feed terminal is eccentrically disposed or deviated due to loads of a cassette. A power feed terminal(151) is installed for power connection of a manual guided vehicle moving as having a cassette. A guide pin(251) is installed so as to be corresponded to the power feed terminal in a cassette port where the cassette is received, and substantially has a contact area larger than an area of the power feed terminal. The power feed terminal is installed in a guide rail(150) of the manual guided vehicle. The guide pin is installed in a power supply unit(250) of the cassette port corresponding to the guide rail. |
