PURPOSE:To prevent icing by printing an electric heating wire on a valve part and by releasing the icing of the valve through heat resulting from preelectrification, in a captioned flat rotary valve. CONSTITUTION:A valve plate 11, in its protrusion 11a side direction, is provided on a pin 12 secured on a housing 1 rotatably. A base part of a wire spring 13 is wound around the foregoing pin 12, one end of which is fixed on the housing 1 with a bolt and the other end of which is fixed on the protrusion 11b of the valve plate 11 so as to stretch the wire spring 13 between the housing 1 and the protrusion 11b, and the valve plate 11 is enforced counterclockwise. The electric heating wire 15 is printed on the valve plate 11, and at a time of starting of an engine an icing condition is released by the heat generated by the preelectrification to the electric heating wire printed on the valve plate 11. |
