A flexible ceramic pad containing functional materials that emit far infrared rays and negative ions is provided to be applied to an object in contact with the body, such as, bra wire, inner face of a hat, sole, beverage container, etc. A flexible ceramic pad is prepared by crushing(S11) at least one of bio stone, tourmaline, germanium, and silver to a particle size of 100nm; stirring(S12) 15-25wt% of a functional material composed of at least one of 50-56wt% of bio stone, 25-29wt% of tourmaline, germanium, and nanosilver particles; mixing(S13) the stirred material and a synthetic resin powder at a ratio of 5:1 to 5:2; and firing(or burning)(S14) the mixture at 650-900deg.C for 5-7 hours under compressive conditions. Preferably, an aromatic material of 3wt% or less is added to the functional material.
