A DVR system for a vehicle equipped with an internetworking function includes camera and a variety of sensors(10), a storage nit, a transmission unit, and a determination unit. The camera and sensors(10) are mounted on a vehicle. The storage unit includes DVR storing information obtained by the camera and the sensors(10). The transmission unit transmits the information stored in the storage unit to a manager by wire or wireless. The determination unit determines if the information is transmitted. The transmission unit uses a CDMA, a WLAN, or a portable Internet. The information is physical quantity obtained by the camera or measured by the sensor. The information is transmitted to a wireless communication device or a PC by the transmission unit.
