A panel for interior decoration is provided to prevent the deformation of a side plate, to minimize a defective rate, to improve in appearance, to prevent oxidation by cutting off the inflow of water to the inside of a panel for interior decoration and to promote convenience at construction. A panel(10) for interior decoration includes an upper plate(11) formed on the upper part of a side plate horizontally, a side plate(13) extended vertically to each end of the upper plate, and a fixed plate(15) folded horizontally to the lower part of the side plate and fixed to the surface of a wall by a fixing member such as a bolt, wherein a corner part(30) is extended from the side plate to the appointed length between the side plates to cut off the inflow of water to the inside of a panel for interior decoration fixed to the surface of a wall with a finishing member effectively, thereby to prevent oxidation, and a slit(33) is formed on the lower part of the corner part to be opened in one direction. |
