A massage chair is provided to massage user's neck and back effectively and comfortably in the state that the user sits on a floor and to achieve effective massage patterns considering physical characteristics. A massage chair includes an upper body support portion(500), armrest portions(510) and a hip support portion(520). The upper body support portion includes a back fingering portion(200), a back support portion, a neck fingering portion(300) and a head support(350). The back fingering portion has back fingering massaging devices. The back support encloses the front of the back fingering portion. The neck fingering portion is disposed on the upper part of the back fingering portion. The armrest portions are connected to both sides of the upper body support. The hip support portion is connected to the lower end of the upper body support portion.
