An internal power voltage level stabilization circuit is provided to stabilize the level of an internal power voltage by using a clamp device. An internal power voltage generation part(100) generates an internal power voltage by receiving a power voltage from the outside. A voltage level stabilization part(200) stabilizes the level of the internal power voltage supplied from the internal power voltage generation part. The internal power voltage generation part includes a first internal voltage generation part(110), a second internal voltage generation part(120) and a third internal voltage generation part(130) generating a first, a second and a third internal power voltage with a first, a second and a third level respectively by receiving the power voltage.
