The procedure for the displacement of the phase inversion temperature of micro emulsions containing oil, water and an emulsifier, comprises adding cosmotropic substances as active compounds for the degradation of the phase inversion temperature and deactivating by addition of diluents. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of micro emulsions.
